Finished Assembly and Component Storage at Our UK Facility
Once your cable assemblies or components are manufactured and quality-checked, they can be held securely at our 1,500 m² production and storage facility in Hull rather than occupying space at your site. We build against your agreed schedule or blanket order, hold the finished stock, and release it to you in the quantities and at the times you specify — whether that is a regular weekly call-off, a scheduled delivery tied to your production plan, or a flexible arrangement where you release stock as your requirements change.
This approach removes the pressure of holding large volumes of finished goods at your own premises. It frees up warehouse and production space, reduces the amount of working capital tied up in components sitting on your shelves, and eliminates the risk of overstocking items that may become obsolete if a product design changes. For customers with seasonal peaks or variable demand, it provides a practical buffer without the overhead of managing it in-house.
A Storage and Call-Off Service That Works Around Your Production Schedule
Every customer’s requirements are different, and our stock management arrangements are built around your process rather than a fixed model. We can work with you on blanket purchase orders, where a total quantity is agreed upfront and released in scheduled batches over an agreed period. We can hold buffer stock ready for short-notice call-off when demand spikes or lead times elsewhere in your supply chain tighten. Or we can operate a straightforward forward-order holding arrangement, building and storing to meet a known delivery programme.
Because the same team that manufactures your assemblies is also managing your stock, there is no handoff between a manufacturer and a separate warehousing operation. Any changes to your specification, a revision to a drawing, or a short-notice increase in quantity can be handled within a single relationship. Our team will work with you to agree minimum and maximum stock levels, lead times for replenishment builds, and the call-off process that suits your purchasing and logistics teams.
