Manufacturing Process

Initial Contact and Assessment

From your initial contact and assessment, you’re in safe hands.

Throughout our initial assessment, we can conduct a site visit or an online meeting with a dedicated member of our team to discuss your company’s requirements and how we can help.

Review and Prototyping

From your drawing or sample cable (via reverse engineering), we will source parts and provide you with a quotation. If you’re happy to proceed, the next steps will include:

1. Discussing any suggestions for improvements or alternative parts/cost savings.
2. Producing a prototype for your approval, along with an Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR).
3. Producing a process sheet for the manufacturing of your product, including:

  • A full breakdown of the construction of the product
  • Tooling requirements
  • Operator skill level from the company training matrix
  • Care points
  • Operator sign off at each stage of manufacturing
  • Testing requirements and test leads
  • Labelling and packaging requirements

4. Completing a production checklist as the operator manufactures the product.

Manufacturing and Testing

Once your product has undergone our stringent manufacturing process, it is then 100% accuracy tested using industry approved equipment.

We will then provide you with a certificate of conformity, full product traceability and test reports if required. Customer audits are also welcomed.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide and on-time.

Consignment stock holding can be arranged for raw materials, finished products or both. We will proactively manage this for you, to meet your specific requirements.

Statements are emailed by our Account Managers each month, enabling you to easily keep track of requirements.

Communication with your Sales Account Holder offers the option of pulling delivery forward or pushing it back when unforeseen circumstances occur.

Customer Review

A quality assessment is then conducted alongside you, before any required improvements or revisions are made to the drawings.
